How I overcome struggles in life

I am grateful for my struggle, because without it, I wouldn’t have found my strength. We’re all struggling in some way at some point in our lives.
Up until 2 years ago, I used to live my life in a constant struggle. I still do, but I can now appreciate the gift that comes from the art of the struggle.
When you’re open to grow and reflect, little changes start to occur inside of you. The aim is not to avoid, but to embrace.
Here are a few tips that helped me to deal with my own struggle: 

1. Know your worth
If you sell yourself short and don’t let other people know what you’re capable of, they won’t know it either. You will end up settling for less and get disappointed in the long run. This can occur in business, friendships or love. Set the bar high right from the beginning without being unrealistic.

2. Know what you want
This can be the trickiest of them all;) But once you figure that out, be very clear on that and find the right people and opportunities to help you achieve it. Be truthful to yourself and others. What you want wants you- as long as you can meet the expectation.

3. Change your energy
If you’re struggling, because of other people, it may be time for you to change your own behavior. You get what you attract. So if you’re sending out bad vibes you will most likely get bad vibes in return. You‘ll be surprised how much of a difference kindness can make.

4. Live in the present moment
The trouble with living to society’s plan is that we keep fast-tracking to the future!

5. Find the right partner or friend who has your back
Supporting one another in dark times is key. Alone we are small. Together we are capable of doing anything.


6. Don’t blame other people
It’s always easier to make others responsible for our misery. Because facing our own demons or weaknesses can be a painful experience. The truth is that it always starts with yourself. If something doesn’t serve you, you have the power to take action and make the change. Even if it means to get rid of people who don’t make you feel good.

7. Stay positive
Find reasons to appreciate everything around you. Even in the darkest of times. This can be anything from holding your pet, the sun kissing your face or the good people you have in your life. Staying in negative energy only attracts more negativity.

8. Manifest your desires
Shift your energy and allow yourself to dream. Visualize the life you want to live and really feel what it would be like if you already had what you want. Never give up hope!
