Staying fit and healthy is an essential part of my life.
I’m in my second trimester now and I can definitely feel the changes in my body. I also had to adjust my yoga and workout routine quite a bit.
I recently completed my prenatal yoga teacher training and I’m really excited to share my favorite workouts, yoga sequences and tips for staying healthy with all my fellow moms to be.
